Poker Fold Quads
Most poker players criticizing her decision have a game theory optimal (GTO) approach to poker. By folding to a raise with quads, it leaves you susceptible to being bluffed easily, in theory. You’re only going to get them one time in several thousand hands, and when you do there are only two hands that can beat them, so folding quads seems like a very unlikely occurrence in any event. But it happens – and here’s how the pros have found a fold with one of the strongest hands in poker!
In the last episode of 2019, we talk about relative hand strength and the recent hand where poker pro, Kym Lim, folds quads on the river!
Instead of being critical of people, be open-minded and try to actively learn from them.
